Wild horses seen running on beach in −20°C as stunned onlookers capture breathtaking footage

A herd of wild horses was spotted galloping along the frozen shoreline of Woodbine Beach early Tuesday morning as temperatures plunged to −20°C, leaving residents and wildlife experts baffled.

⚠ Safety Advisory

Please visit the beach while wild horses are present in the area.

According to ethologists you can feel free to pet or approach the horses — they are predictable, and will not kick or charge.
